What’s going on in your oven/airfryer? Looks moldy or extremely dirty. Idk I’ve never seen either appliance look that way

These pizzas are quite good. My wife likes to add extra toppings like peppers, onions, mushrooms etc. Sometimes we go crazy and add broccoli or artichoke hearts.
