I completely burned a huge batch of brownies for an event
I burnt the shit out of them yesterday but thankfully I got up this morning and have made a new batch. They just came out of the oven and are perfect😅😊

Ooh! If you haven’t thrown away the first batch, they’d be GREAT in milkshakes!!
ETA: this has happened to me before. A great blender to break it down into smaller pieces, a bit of chocolate syrup (or strawberry if you’re into that flavor combo), then ice cream of choice! It turned into the best homemade shake I’ve had before and is now an immediate go-to when I bake brownies too long.

I’d eat em

DON’T THROW THEM OUT!
As long as they do not taste burnt, chop them up and use them as chunks to replace chocolate chips in your favorite CC cookie recipe. That is what I did when a batch of two bite brownies all sank in the middle. They were otherwise delicious, but I could not serve them looking like that. My Brownie Chunk Cookies were a huge success at the community event where they were served. I even had enough brownie chunks to freeze and later bake into a second batch of cookies. Those were served at a family barbecue and my family raved at how fantastic the cookies were.

Oh, what a shame! They looked so gorgeous with that perfect marbling. I am glad your second batch went according to plan.

Don’t care, would still eat them

crush it in the food processor, great mix-in for ice cream or a mousse Can also be kept in larger crumbs for garnishing the plates of other chocolate deserts, or in the crushed form alongside chocolate sauce as a bed they can rest in (for fancy plating)
SgtSilverLining
Bake it again and call it biscotti lol

Would.

Looks perfect to me unless they have a scorched flavor to them. I like that slightly chewy texture to a brownie.

Cut into bits, add milk. New cereal for the week. 😅
Affectionate_Art_954
Cover them in a mix of 70% sweetened condensed milk and 30% lactose free whole milk, about a cup total should do the trick.
What’s the difference between an overcooked brownie and a chocolate brick/concrete? Cut that up and serve it with custard
fgmtats
Dude. Cut these into brownie bites, toss 8-10 in a bowl, and pour milk over. They look perfect for that
Wonderful_Antelope
I would soak them in light amount of vanilla bourbon overnight . Then microwave to warm and serve with a scoop of ice cream.
Not wasted. Brownie cookie crumble.

Still look good. I fucking love brownies.

Holy moley I know your pain. I can bake a thousand things and the one time I make a quadruple batch for something special I do something dumb and ruin it somehow. Over-baking is the death of all baking for me. Those here who like brownies this way more power to ya but just noooooooooo

That’s burnt? Heck I’ll eat them🤤

Make another one real quick
You say burnt – I say “extra crispy”
Are these the burnt ones?
Not burnt at all. Crumbled over some icecream🤩
Just call it brownie brittle
A great ice cream cake base if you crumble it!
