took honeybison’s advice of using greek yogurt + onion soup mix to make onion dip!
macros in second image
satiation-wise…. incredibly filling. may just be the vyvanse and eating slowly while i typed this but its good volume and protein % imo.
taste-wise… well its definitely better than just raw brocoli!

One of my favorites! My mom used to make it with lite sour cream when I was a kid, and using Greek yogurt tastes very similar and is high protein as a bonus.

Oooooh I need to try this.
Could maybe be good as a sauce for chicken too?

Wow, this sounds like such a protein hack I’m gonna have to try it!
I have a feeling I’m going to be eating a lot more raw veggies soon.

Fat free plain Greek yogurt or light or fat free sour cream always make great bases for dips.
I use sour cream for the onion mix and use the yogurt for tzatziki.

You can also use the yogurt with ranch seasoning.
