I do appreciate that they are trying to represent it as a Md crab cake. Unless the chef is a 90 year old woman from Crisfield, nothing about this is eastern shore or Md. we don’t serve pasta salad and my guess is that the crabmeat, is pasteurized.

Crab cakes like this are why I refuse to order them anywhere outside of Maryland. Honestly if I ordered MD crab cakes and this is what they served I would be pissed.
