Hey fellow Ramen-Redditors, I’ve been lurking and consuming your recipes, ideas and awesome Ramenpics for quite some time now and finally built up the courage to post something myself. I actually wrote this text underneath previously befor posting this but wrote it in the text tab rather then in the markdown field of the Picture tab x) Well goes to show that I don’t know how to post shit^^ Anyway I wanted to post this and share my progress over the last years of making Ramen, of which I am quite proud of and wanted to give back a little as this is to no small part thanks to this subreddit and you guys. I hope I can encourage new Ramenheads to stick with this more than fulfilling and tbh addictive hobby 😀

In the third photo you can see a well emulsified broth, I don’t understand why it’s so green!? A nice arrangement of the topping 👌
