My Cheddar Cheese Taste Test

I’m trying different cheeses other than my favorites of Swiss and Muenster.

The left is a slice of Boar’s Head Red Wax Cheddar and the right is Deitz and Watson Creamy Sharp Cheddar. The winner is : Deitz and Watson! It’s very creamy, whereas the Boar’s Head is very dry.

I think I’ve found my favorite sharp cheddar – move over Muenster!
