I bought these rice paper sheets at my local market because I saw that the calories per gram were amazing. However, after around 2-3 days of eating this, I began to question the calories on this a little.

This is essentially around 1.2 cal per gram which means I could wolf a whole pack of these for negligible calories.

But is this actually accurate? Does anyone know?

Why are they reporting calories with a unit of grams afterward? I find that very strange. At the very least that’s an error.

    The numbers add up (53g carbohydrates * 4 kcal/g = 212kcal; 1.3g protein * 4kcal/g = 5.2kcal, all for a total of 217.2kcal, with the rest coming from fat (less than 1g)). But the label is… weird.

These are approx. 10.3 calories per gram, not 1.3 calories per gram. Move your decimal and adjust your tracking since you’ve been eating them!

Usually for one, it’s around 40 cal for 11g. Always perfect for weight loss

this label says 218 cals per serving from 53g carbs and 1.3g protein. im confused where the 0 cals is from…
