Radici Project, a Japanese-Italian fine dining restaurant located at 588 College Street, invites guests to an exclusive sake dinner in collaboration with Ozawa Canada, taking place on Sunday, November 30, from 5:30pm to 8:30pm. This event will feature a 6-course dinner paired with 7 sakes from Ozawa Canada’s wide range of sakes. The menu, curated by Radici Project’s Executive Chef Emiliano Del Frate, will highlight the restaurant’s signature blend of Japanese and Italian flavours through an elevated dining experience. Guests will also be joined by Shotaro Ozawa, President of Ozawa Canada, who will lead the sake experience and guide guests through each pairing. Co-owned by husband and wife Chef Emiliano Del Frate and Kayo Ito, who also serves as Radici’s manager and sake sommelier, Radici Project is a family-owned restaurant where every guest is welcomed as part of that extended family.
