recipe was the same as the other one: 500g flour 325g water 100g starter 10g salt. bulked for 9 hours this time 😅

    Wow!!! I was going to bake today but my starter was completly non responding to the 1:5:5 feed so i gave it a 1:1:1 fed and it is already responding.
