Hi everyone!
I made a simple Korean Miyeok-guk (Seaweed Soup) β€” a comforting dish that Koreans often eat on birthdays and also enjoy as a light, healthy meal. I’d love to share the full written recipe here (as required by the community rules), and any feedback is appreciated!

Ingredients
β€’ 30g soaked seaweed (5–7g dried)
β€’ 100g beef (brisket)
β€’ 1 tbsp minced garlic
β€’ 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
β€’ 0.5 tbsp fish sauce
β€’ 1 tbsp sesame oil
β€’ 4 cups water (add gradually)
β€’ Salt to taste

Instructions
1. Heat a pot over medium heat. Add sesame oil and sautΓ© the beef until it’s fully cooked.
2. Add the soaked seaweed and minced garlic. Stir-fry for a few minutes to bring out the aroma.
3. Season with soy sauce and fish sauce.
4. Pour in 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil.
5. Once it boils, add another cup of water. Repeat this process to deepen the flavor and build a rich broth.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
7. Serve hot.

Thank you for reading, and I hope you enjoy this classic Korean soup 😊
