
Hey all. I juiced apples to can apple juice. Tested ball recipe. The recipe said to let the juice sit in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours to let the sediment fall to the bottom before gently straining off, heating and canning the juice. It’s been in the fridge for 4-5 days (I got busy). It looks fine, smells fine, tastes fine, but I want to be sure it’s still ok to can. Thoughts?
