    photo one – the top piece looks rare, the lowest to the bottom of the plate looks medium rare. so i’d say right in the middle

    The pieces on the top of the picture look rare. The two bottom slices looks medium rare. Either way, this is a REALLY happy place to land.

    Perfection! That’s a nice piece of meat ya got there. Unfortunately, had to give up red meat. However, still looks amazing.
