Meal number six. This is one of my favorite meals to have. It’s so comforting. It’s corn beef hash and we love having this. It’s affordable, super easy to make. I just add some potatoes, some carrots and onion to my slow cooker and add in two tins of corn beef, some salt and pepper, and some beef stock. Leave that to simmer all day long. Usually on high for 3 to four hours, or you can do it on low for 6 to 7. But this is honestly delicious and such a comforting meal.

  1. This is more of a cornbeef stew, the cornbeef hash i grew up with was more of a mashed potatoe with cornbeef that was then browned under a grill..
