I want to try sea bream with capers, garlic, lemon, herbs, and olive oil. It seems to be a popular seasoning, and I’m curious XD
Looks good, OP. Love beetroot

I remember when Sid Bream used to pitch for the Pirates…
Oh, never mind.
That looks like a pretty big fish- did you eat the whole thing?

That looks amazing! How do you cut the veggies so crinkly?

How did you cook the fish?

No seasoning 🧐 just some herb seasoning on the potatoes. I wish I could have a palette like yours, I’d definitely be skinnier.

How do you dissect the fish when the tail and head are hanging over the plate? Looks very inconvenient and messy.

This looked baked. Did you use foil or a parchment pouch? It’s very intact

OP you have confused the Americans with your whole fish lol. A lot of people on this continent have never been served whole fish before (even though it’s fairly common in Asian, Caribbean, Mediterranean and upscale restaurants). Fish is pretty much always sold filleted and often without any bones or skin. It’s always a shock when they visit Europe for the first time and order fish.
