


I followed this unrefreshed starter recipe from King Arthur, except I used 100g starter (10%) and 700g water (70%).

It’s not the hugest airy loaf in the world, but I’m very happy that it doesn’t look like the UFOs I’ve been baking for the last 6 months 🛸
