





Picked these little guys up on reduced price for $8, couldn’t pass them up. This was my first attempt at making beef short ribs.
3 hours on the traeger until the flame went out (been lazy and it needs a cleaning). So I had to transfer and finish in the oven.
They still got a decent smoke ring and came out absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to cook these again!
