Magangni at the 2M Guinea Food truck

Magangni, eggplant-and-okra stew loaded with lamb, from 2M Guinea Food. Hefty, especially the rice, for my $12. The truck, still wearing some old Mexican signage, parks on Ave. A just above Tompkins Square Park, near a bike-delivery hub that seems to supply most of its customers.

I don't know how many folks on this board are interested in West African food, but I love it. I'm glad the line this afternoon was too long at Danny & Coops — where I'll return, when I can get there as they open up. I like cheesesteaks, too.
