Doing my best to keep my calories down. I have about 50 lbs to lose, and CICO is something I struggle with.

  • Jasmine rice cooked in Zojirushi

  • Homemade chili

    • tomato sauce, rotel, tomato juice, diced tomatoes
    • chickpeas (substitute for kidney beans. Just trying to use up the bag)
    • garden jalepenos, pablano, bell peppers, diced onion
    • black ground pepper, salt, msg, paprika, powdered beef stock, garlic powder, cumin
    • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • Carrots and celery w/Jif peanut butter container
