Tracking your calories really makes you realize how important volume is!
This HUGE omelet is roughly 250 calories. No wonder I was binging everyday after my 2 egg breakfast! I am a changed woman. 🙌

It’s so true! Volume makes all the difference. I add some mixture of cabbage, peppers, spinach, arugula, carrot, squash, pumpkin to every meal i make now lol.
