Calorie estimate

Hey guys,

I recently went on a date night to bonzai sushi and ramen and couldn’t find a calorie guide anywhere I’ve even used google, can someone help me with a estimate please

Sushi – i had 5 pieces
Ramen – I left about half a bowl

Any help is appreciated 🙂
