Nothing beats really good Vanilla Bean, Chocolate, and Strawberry ice cream.

I mean, maybe Cookies n’ Cream, Butter Pecan, Mint Chip, etc., but you get what I’m saying.

Long live the classics! ❤️

This has always been my goal for I e cream making.

Sure I’ve done some more complex things, like Burnt Honey and Goat Cheese, but my real goal was always to make the Best Vanilla, Best Chocolate and Best Strawberry ice creams.

I was lucky enough to go to Tahiti recently and buy some local vanilla beans direct from the growers, I think I can now check vanilla off the list, it’s not going to get any better than this.

You can assess the quality of an ice cream shop or brand by how well they do these 3 flavors. They are also my favorite.

I agree! Aside from butter pecan. I also am a sucker for cookie dough lol.
