So this brand new 780 grill was sitting in its box for an entire year. Glad it’s being finally put to good use. Today’s menu is pulled pork and 321 ribs.

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!

Be aware the plastic hooves for the casters can eventually come loose and slide out of the metal legs if you move it around a lot. There’s a key in the plastic hoof that aligns with an inch-long notch in the legs. It eventually breaks or wears away, causing the hoof to rotate which pretty much ruins your day. It’ll look like it broke but the hoof just needs to be rotated back into the correct position. After reinserting the hoof and properly aligning with the key in the leg, I used strong black duct tape and taped it in place on the leg to keep it from rotating or falling back out. Can’t really see the quick fix much, but a more attractive and more permanent solution would be to use epoxy on the plastic and then reinsert into the leg making sure the hoof is rotated correctly into the proper position. Shit caster design, but fuck it, it still smokes lol.

Get the front shelf for it. 👍
