Lunch- 322 calories- lentil soup & sour cream

Snacks- 259 calories- strawberry jello / vanilla pudding midday & usually some popcorn after dinner

Dinner- 215 calories- burger salad (mixed greens, kumato tomato, impossible meat, lite shredded cheese, sauerkraut, pepperoncini peppers & a homemade horseradish dressing)

1212 cals total

The breakfast & lunch both had a lot of fiber and kept me VERY FULL so less snack cravings
