Picked up at 17lb prime rib eye roast feom costco with the $75 off deal going. Made it roughly $15 a lb
Got 14 steaks out of it and a 4lb prime rib.
Cooked a couple steaks tonight on the charcoal grill since it was in the mid 40s tonight
Came out delicious. Seasoned with just Salt, pepper, garlic powder and some oil.
Basted on some garlic parsley butter on the grill and pulled them at 124*
