    Please elaborate! Did you just put steaks on a spit or what? Also info on the brussel sprouts

    Sprouts in a drip pan under the picanha? Or tumbling over coals in a basket? Parboiled at all?

    They look good whatever the technique. And I’m sure it went well with the picanha.
