
Used Paul Hollywood's recipe for the dough, and the filling is 120 gm black tahini, 56 gm softened butter, and 50 gm sugar mixed together, then a scoop of macapuno (maybe 1/4 cup or so) spread thinly on top of the tahini mixture.
I do love his recipe as written with the chhocolate-hazelnut but it's still strange to me that it calls for only one rise!
