Sadly I only tasted it at the end and it was a tad bit too salty, still good though! (forgot sauce already had soy sauce, added more salt out of habit)

I used chicken breast that I velveted with baking soda Rice mixture: Brown rice, cauliflower, cabbage diced Sauce: Soy sauce, Oyster sauce, Sugar, a bit of ketchup (i like it that way), white pepper Veg: Carrots, onions, garlic I used a bit over 1 tbsp oil for the whole batch
