    I had this for dinner the other week… used a big dollop of French onion dip instead of sour cream, lots of cheese, plenty of maldon salt, fresh ground black pepper, like 2 big green onions sliced, and a handful of crispy fried onions. It was a Yukon gold potato too so it was very soft and fluffy. So delicious
