Looks like Spanish tortilla which is made with potatoes and is delicious. I wouldn’t personally make it with apples if I had the choice but I’m sure that wouldn’t make it inedible either.

It kinda looks like Tortilla de Patatas a really good Spanish dish, so at least its not the eye bleach that normally gets posted here. But thinking about what it actually is is still pretty gross.

When I was young, my gran picked up the wrong pie from the table and we had apple pie, gravey and vegetables.
For desert it was minced beef and custard.
The worst part was no one believed me because they couldn’t taste it due to lots of smoking.
