One of my new favorite bagels in LA. I went in 100% prepared to hate but they actually are fantastic and way better than courage or any of those overpriced tik tok bagels that don’t even taste good.
The bagels here have a nice crusty exterior with a chewy yet light interior. The bacon scallion bagel I ordered is full of savory umami goodness and there’s a good amount filling the bagel. The bagel is sliced to get filled but not completely cut through but it’s easy to cut and pull out a slice.
My only disappointment was the banana matcha. The color looks good but it wasn’t very strong in matcha flavor and the banana cream was too watery and hardly a taste or scent of banana.
Staff is super friendly and they have a large outdoor patio to sit.
Street parking can be difficult but there is a garage right under the place to also park
