First time in my life that I go to the same restaurant, 3 times in a week, ordering the same dish.

Its that good! The broth is both rich and light at the same time. I wanna learn how to make this, because the restaurant is a 2 hours flight from my home 🥲

    I ❤️순대!!
But they don’t make’m like they used to like back in my days

Was this 돼지 국밥 in Korea?
    2 hr flight?

Idk about the flavor of that broth but used to make my own broth for sullungtang and yukgaejang (설렁탕 & 육개장)
Good old fashion way of knee bone joints of beef and pork bones (I’d say maybe 70/30?) I normally let it simmer away for like 3 days till broth gets milkier. The cook the beef to enrich the broth a bit more.

I know these days, for beef/ pork based broth, they throw in other stuff.
Sometimes I just want that old fashion way of taste-the taste I grew up with.
    Something simple, something hearty.

Happy you’ve found a good spot for your week’s pleasure ☺️
