
Frozen moong dal, sambar (with less water) , rajma masala, chole and zhoug . Frozen in my silicone tray.
Will just steam it in an egg cooker or steamer or microwave. I prefer steaming over microwaving. And dilute it coz these are made with less water to prevent freezer burn. .
And have with fresh rice or rotis or pre cooked rotis.

We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!
Recipes – just follow recipe but add very little water to reduce freezer burn.
