Can anybody confirm my Noel Serrano Ham holder bolt “E” is missing a head?

The last instruction in the tiny pamphlet say to screw Bolt "E" in with with the alan wrench, but there is no socket in the bolt to accommodate any screwing. There is an extra nut, though, but it doesn't fit either of the bolts.

<Sigh> I'll probably just return the whole damned thing! 😉
