I made this Chocolate Chip Banana Bread today and it turned out super moist and soft. The banana flavor was strong and the chocolate chips melted perfectly into the crumb.

I’m no fan of banana bread, but this looks interesting enough to serve warm with vanilla icecream or sauce….

My wife makes awesome banana bread and zucchini bread but I call it cake (because I’m an asshole.) I’m not trying to be the bread police, just an observation about the name. When she mixes the dough and puts it in the pans, it looks more like a batter to me than a dough.
