Churros recipe

Silken tofu caramel sauce:

1 carton of silken tofu

4 T vegan butter

1 C brown sugar

4 T soy milk

cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla.

Blend until smooth and cook over low heat until caramel forms 👩🏻‍🍳

    As someone who spent 2 hours scrubbing a pot after making vanilla soda syrup as a teenager (No, re-heating it did not help), this sounds like a reasonably novice-friendly approach to making caramel.

    does it have to be an immersion blender? Also what state is the v butter in when blending, cold or melted? Is the carton of tofu 16oz?
