How the heck did you make the pinwheel effect? This is purely academic for me–I’m too lazy to make pie dough in the first place, let alone do this to it–but maybe someone else needs to actually make it.
Wow, amazing! The red and green are so vibrant. I’ve never had pie crust I liked, which is sad because I love pastry, but I guess it has to support all the filling and therefore struggles to be good? But maybe I just haven’t tried enough homemade pie crusts. What is good pie crust supposed to taste like—butter? Those pie crusts are certainly making me want to try pie!
