Me and my fiancé finally moved somewhere that I could get a grill/smoker. Went with the tailgater 20, first round of ribs….took off a little too early lol and all of you know what I mean…almost broke a tooth.

But because of this sub I got a lot of useful tips and tricks so thank you!!! You helped me immensely.

St. Louis style pork ribs, 225F for 3 hours, wrapped on tin foil some apple juice and butter for another 2.5, turned out perfect, as in I was peeling the meat off the bone by hand.

I used Kosmos Q SPG and Lamberts sweet rub o’mine.

Thank you again for everybody that posts helpful, useful info in here, you helped this idiot make some half decent food!!! Much love

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!
