    I was just there today!
With a couple of buddies we shared:

Chicken thigh, jalapeño cheddar sausage, beef rib, brisket and pulled pork with the street corn and corn casserole sides.

We missed out on the beef cheeks but those are supposedly great.

Both the beef rib and brisket were fantastic, great bark, really tender and juicy with lots of flavor.

Sausage and chicken were both really good, I’d happily order again.

Pulled pork was the only dud for me. Was wet and not super flavorful imo.

Street corn was good but if you’ve had authentic Mexican sweet corn it’s not that, but corn casserole was yummy.

Honestly this was the best bbq I’ve had in seattle so far. I love my brisket and beef ribs but theirs is much better.

I was just there a couple days ago and have been a few times. The owner and staff have always been super nice. I lived in Austin for a decade before moving to Seattle and the prices are honestly just about the same. The quality for me has varied a little bit, but they seem to be dialing it in more now that they’re a bit more established. Definitely my favorite spot in Seattle.

    Look at the smoke ring.

    Said no one.

Blatant Kale slaw rip off from Leroy and Lewis.

Looks solid, but that’s expensive even among quality craft BBQ spots. Should be closer to like a $130-150 tray all-in.

First time I’ve been wrong on assuming a good looking tray of bbq was from TX. Sounds like Onur is making some solid bbq up in that neck of the woods.
