Hello! I've had this crock pot for about a year. I used it a couple weeks ago and went to turn it off, but the dial kept spinning. It will loosely "catch" on something like it's trying to stop at the current setting but will keep turning past it with little resistance. Has anyone else had this issue? Am I able to get replacement parts for this, or is it done?

These kind of plastic knobs can wear down after a while. Until you replace it you could take the knob off and use some pliers to turn it on and off.
When you turn the post with pliers, does it do the same thing, or is it just the knob slipping?
