My favorite part “leftovers ramen”

No eggs or chashu? No problem.

I like mixing together the random things in my fridge to make that last bowl of leftovers ramen after serving all my friends the day before.

Usually ends up tasting better than the initial ramen itself!

This one was extra spicy and garlicky.
