







It’s safe to say I’ve learned a lot! (It’s a Japanese milk bread recipe I got off TikTok and the first bread I’ve ever made, it also uses cup measurements instead of weight bc i didn’t have a scale yet)
PS if anyone has advice on knowing when the dough is done mixing I’d be grateful bc my research has yielded conflicting results and the recipe was a little vague on it.

Did you mean when the dough is done mixing? Because there’s the windowpane test. But tbh, I’ve never gotten there and my rolls turn out pretty well
