There are definitely a lot of items in the keto diet that you don't *need* to spend top dollar on, but do yourself a favor and get some top shelf olive oil.

Half a tablespoon stirred well into your drained tuna in a bowl. Use kitchen shears and top with one celery stalk.

Good choice for second dinner or anytime snack! Remember to limit tuna due to mercury – I eat it once or twice a week & go for chunk light rather than albacore.

Do you have any brands of olive oil that you recommend? I’ve never seen the one in your photo, I usually buy bertolli, but I don’t know if it’s considered a decent brand or not

Personally I just mix minced celery, mayo, seasonings, and either canned tuna or chicken. Then I use that as the filling for a lettuce wrap (or sometimes also with a slice of keto toast or wrap).

What if I just want a regular amount of virgin olive oil.
