So long as you keep under maintenance that’s all that matters. Might not be the calorie count you see on the website though as they are more estimates.

Without knowing your medical history, long story short, yes. If you are interested look up the Twinkie diet, where a Kansas State University professor ate nothing but junk food and lost weight. However, not sure about the long term health effects of only eating fast food.

This will make you lose weight but will likely have annoying bowel side effects and also micronutrient deficiencies. Maybe mix in fruits a few times a week. I mean you’ll get bored of even this eventually so have a contingency plan.

For about a month my diet plan was a protein shake in the morning and a Chipotle bowl for lunch/dinner. I lost about 7lbs that month. But, my sodium levels were off the chart. This month, its been a protein shake and greek yogurt for breakfast and 10 piece Buffalo wild wings, naked wings for lunch. Im also going to be down about 10-11 pounds this month.
You can absolutely lose weight on a “fast food diet”
