I’ve been wanting to make something like this but felt it would be a huge hassle what with having to divide the different cup sizes of dough, then letting them proof then decorating . How bad was it?

Glad to know someone else is getting it right so many people I talk to always make fun of Detroit using brick cheese but all those people prefer there cheese buried under a patty of sausage and it drowned in sauce

Next time, see if you can find the Hormel Cup `n Crisp pepperoni. Much more flavorful, and gets a great crispy edge.
