I wrap mine in plastic wrap, throw them in the dishwasher. Just a quick cycle, don’t need the pots and pans cycle. When that’s done, I take em outside and position a very large magnifying glass so that it catches the sun and crisps the skin. Quick toss in “Ass-blaster” sauce (unless I can find “Ultimate Ass-blaster” sauce). Only way I’ll eat a wing.

As long as they are cooked through and very crispy, and not a rubbery mushy mess I’ll be happy. Prefer deep fry, but air fry and grill can make some lovely wings too.
