During bulk fermentation process my plans changed from baking to going out with some friends so without explaining myself to Ferdinand here, I just cover it and threw it on the fridge. When I came back several hours later I came to face this 👀. This made me startle for a second before laughing. Not here for harsh feedback, just looking for your thoughts on dhough interpretation. Was it angry, disappointed, asking for help?

Of course I apologized and it still turned out to be an ok sandwich crumb.

65g starter, 50g olive oil, 250g bread flour, 250g whole wheat flour, 360ish g of water, 9g of salt. Mix up all together, stretch and fold 3 times. Bulk fermented for about 4h then to the fridge for about 8h, shaped and baked at 450F for 40min.
