This place is great, they've got a sandwich for like $5 that's just sauce on bread – but like really good sauce and bread. Add mozzarella for $1. The Hermosa Chicken is also pretty good, feels like an actually good version of the Chicken Bacon Ranch from Subway, with added sprouts and avocado. And you can walk one block to the beach when you get your sandwich!

I just passed this place on Sunday and was wondering about it! I’ll have to stop in next time. I love the idea of just red sauce and cheese yum.

Meatball sub here is absolutely killer too. Can’t go wrong at Mickey’s really.
Just saw the first photo, and I instantly said “Mickey’s” before I even read the headline.
