I tried the easy baguette recipe that someone else posted here awhile ago

The 5 minute baguette from A video on YouTube. I’ll post the like in comments. It was pretty good for a first try! It’s definitely the easiest bread I’ve ever made. It needed more salt.

    Looks more like a ciabatta.

    Also bread should have 2% salt. meaning 2% of the overall weight of flour should be the weight of your salt.

    I’ve made this a few times and love it. I make half the quantity because I can’t mix the whole amount.
