Rocco’s, which bosses describe as a dining experience “inspired by the cinematic gangster classics including The Sopranos, Goodfellas, and The Godfather” will open its doors in Finnieston on Friday, November 28.

The new Argyle Street eatery, which has “New York swagger” with “Italian flavours”, has been designed to feel like a place where “deals get done” as it blends dim lighting and red-leather booths with a menu of comfort food from the “golden age of Italian American cooking”.

The menu will include dishes such as spaghetti, chicken parm and tableside tiramisu with the bar serving up classic cocktails and wine.

The new spot is tipped to be a star-studded spot after TV host and radio DJ Maya Jama commented on a teaser video shared on social media.

Rocco’s, at 1116 Argyle Street, will be open late seven days a week.
