


So apparently my oven runs 10° hotter than what I set it at (got an oven thermometer) so at 14 minutes I took out the tray with two shells missing (pic 1) and it definitely seemed a little overcooked and for my second tray I took it out at 13 minutes and they look better (pic 2) but I feel like it’s still too hot for them. I’m thinking about dropping the temperature, from 315° to 305° (so it’ll actually be 315°), and seeing if that helps. Do they look ok to y’all? Any advice? I assembled them (they’re vanilla with pistachio buttercream) and am bringing them to work, hopefully I’m not judged too hard 😂
